Proposal Submission

The Maine Administrators of Services for Children with Disabilities (MADSEC) is excited to announce Call for Proposals is now open for the 2025 Fall Conference. If you have a topic relating to special education/supporting students with disabilities, and would like to be considered as a presenter at the conference, please submit a proposal for consideration.

Presentation blocks will be 60-90 minutes in length and may be scheduled twice during the conference.
Each presentation will be limited to two (2) presenters and will include a complimentary breakfast or lunch dependent upon the time of the presentation.

The call will be open until 5:00pm on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.

MADSEC's Annual Fall Conference brings together over 200 special education professionals, including administrators of special education, coordinators, site directors, and teachers - the dedicated individuals who are the heart of special education and provide services and support to students with disabilities. The conference provides timely and valuable information and resources to the field through keynote speakers, service and product exhibitors, multiple breakout sessions, and engaging networking sessions. This 2-day conference provides high quality professional learning to all.

The 2025 Annual Fall Conference will be held in what is lovingly known as the "Old Port" - a district of Portland, Maine with cobblestone streets, charming shops and boutiques, highly rated eateries, and fantastic ocean views. We welcome you to submit a proposal to share your knowledge and expertise to support those serving students with exceptionalities.

Please share with others who may be interested.
