As we must make final commitments to costs well in advance, cancellations must be made before September 15, 2010, to allow for a refund (registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee). Refunds cannot be made for cancellations after September 15th or for no-shows, but handout materials will be sent. We accept and encourage sending a substitute when your circumstances require it.

MADSEC reserves the right to cancel due to low registration or to cancel or provide replacement speaker(s) due to conditions beyond our control.

 Helpful Hints

  • It’s usually a good idea to dress in layers for a workshop. It is not always easy to regulate the temperature in the meeting rooms. Although we don’t know of any specific concerns with the Marriott, it would be to your benefit to be able to put on or take off a layer for your personal comfort.

  • If you have other specific requirements (such as needing to sit close to the front to see the overhead presentation), please arrive early.

Please complete a separate registration form for each participant.
